About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Centre Director / Centre Manager to lead this new service. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators Drive a positive, values-aligned workplace culture Ensure compliance with NQF, regulations, and policies Manage staff rostering, budgets, and financial reporting Partner with families to build strong, positive relationships Support high-quality programs with the Educational Leader Promote professional growth and performance development What We’re Looking For Diploma of Children’s Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised) 2–3 years’ full-time experience as a Centre Director or higher Strong knowledge of EYLF, QIP, and compliance requirements Proven team leadership, performance management, and staff development skills Experience with Qikkids or similar software Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Current WWCC or VIT, plus First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management training Full Australian working rights Ready to make an impact?
